The 15th annual Give to Lincoln Day on May 28 raised more than $11 million for 497 local nonprofits – the highest amount raised in the event’s history and $1.5M more than the year prior. More than 28,000 donations were received for the 15th annual Give to Lincoln Day. The event has raised more than $86 million for local nonprofits in its 14-year history.
Give Big Minden is gaining momentum as donations continue rolling in for local nonprofits across the community. The annual giving event brings residents together to support organizations that serve Minden and surrounding areas, with funds raised going directly back into local programs, schools and services.
The number of organizations taking part in the event has more than tripled from 16 in the first year to 44 in 2025. And the funds raised for area nonprofits continue to grow each year, with records set each year since the Big Give’s inception. (over $411,000 raised in 2025)
